WASD to Run

SPACE to Jump

SHIFT to Sprint (uses stamina)

CTRL to Slide (faster than Run, slower than Sprint, harder to steer but does not use stamina)

Your Stamina bar is at the bottom. If it depletes you have to wait for it to refill, and stamina is required to sprint.
